DESIGN TERMS

Business Hours – Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, closed all holiday and weekends are spent making memories with my family 🙂

Ordering – Once you place your order, you will receive a link to a form. Please fill out the form. Upon review of the form, I will email you with additional information needed and the date of design. CUSTOM DESIGNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Custom Design Process – You will receive 3 samples on or before the design date and you will have the opportunity to make adjustments and changes. Once you’ve finalized the design, and images are emailed there will be a $25 fee for any changes. The design has unlimited revisions which includes up to 2 hours of design time. I always work diligently to complete your logos within the time frame of the 2 hours included in your purchase. If I am beginning to get close to the allotted 2 hours I will notify you by email. Each additional hour is billed at a discounted rate of $25 per hour. Should you need additional time, I will send an invoice and payment will be required before final logos are emailed.

Timeline – It all depends on the email correspondence, it can take 2 – 5 days on average.

Graphics – Custom clipart is available at an additional fee. If I use graphics in my library it’s included, but it you’re looking for something specific that I need to create there will be an hourly fee.

Revisions – I would love to make any revisions during your design time but once the design is finalized an additional fee will be required.

You May Not – You may not alter, share and/or claim any of my designs I create for you.
